📌 Requirements to Become a SUKURAI Brand Ambassador

  • No upfront payment required
  • Initial order of 10 bras, with 30 days to sell your inventory
  • Average profit of $11 per bra
  • You keep all revenue from your sales
  • Your credit card will be charged for 10 bras at the wholesale price after 30 days
  • You may exchange bras for assorted sizes and colors to suit your clients
  • You may continue to sell your remaining inventory after 30 days, but no refunds will be issued for unsold items
  • Reorders require a minimum of 10 bras, with charges applied every 30 days from the delivery date

Additional Responsibilities:

  • You must follow SUKURAI’s pricing policy – all products must be sold at the official retail prices and discount rates as listed on our website and in-store. Unauthorized discounts or underpricing are not allowed.
  • You are required to collect and report sales tax to the IRS. SUKURAI will provide guidance to help you stay compliant with tax obligations.

SUKURAI Brand Ambassador Agreement

Party A (Brand Owner): SUKURAI

Party B (Ambassador): _______________________

This Agreement outlines the terms of collaboration between SUKURAI and the Brand Ambassador (Party B), effective upon signing.

1. Partnership Terms

  • Ambassador receives wholesale pricing at approximately 50% off the retail price, subject to product category and current offers.
  • Initial order: 10 units, with a 30-day payment term.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo.
  • The Ambassador is an independent partner, not an employee or agent of SUKURAI.

2. Pricing Policy

  • Ambassador must follow SUKURAI's official retail prices. No unauthorized discounts, bundles, or markdowns are allowed without written approval.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers are eligible for a 14-day return or exchange if the item is in clean condition and tags are intact.
  • If a customer bypasses the Ambassador and returns a product directly to SUKURAI, the Ambassador must refund the profit margin (e.g., sold for $30, purchased for $10 – refund $20).
  • Ambassadors are encouraged to assist customers with size or style exchanges to reduce returns.

4. Responsibilities

  • SUKURAI agrees to:
    • Provide products at ambassador pricing
    • Supply marketing materials and sizing guides
    • Offer basic after-sales assistance
  • Ambassador agrees to:
    • Represent and promote SUKURAI professionally
    • Manage customer relationships and product delivery
    • Comply with pricing and return policies
    • Pay invoices on time as agreed

5. Intellectual Property & Termination

  • Ambassador shall not copy, distribute, or reuse SUKURAI product designs, branding, or content without permission.
  • Any violation of SUKURAI’s brand policies or commercial misuse will result in immediate termination.
  • SUKURAI reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice.

6. Agreement Validity

  • This agreement is valid upon signing. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
