Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of original purchase with a receipt. Items must be unwashed, in good condition, and with tags. Please note that all bottoms and final sale items are non-returnable.

For in-person returns, drop off your items at our kiosk at Great Mall, Milpitas (near entrance 2, in front of Q and Aldo) to qualify for a full refund.

For online orders, contact us within 14 days via email at care@sukurai.life or our chatbot. We'll send a pre-paid return label, and you'll have 10 days to drop the items off at any USPS location.

Once we receive and verify the items, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

What is your exchange policy?

What if my items are damaged/ shipped late/ lost?

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged, late, or got lost. Please contact us via email at care@sukurai.life or through our chatbot with a photo or video of the damaged item, or a screenshot of your shipment status, along with your order details. We’ll be happy to assist you with a solution.

Please note that items outside the 14-day return or exchange window cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I return or exchange my online order at a store?

Yes, absolutely! If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area, feel free to visit our kiosk at Great Mall, Milpitas (near entrance 2, in front of Q and Aldo) to return or exchange your online order. Just make sure the items are unwashed, in good condition, and have their tags. Please note that all bottoms and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Can I return items without a receipt? Will my email confirmation work as proof of purchase?

Unfortunately, we can’t process returns or exchanges without a receipt. We send an email or text confirmation for every purchase, as long as the correct contact info was provided at checkout. We recommend taking a screenshot of your confirmation in case you accidentally delete it.

Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hayward, California.

What are your shipping costs and delivery time?

For US orders, we offer a flat $6 economy shipping fee for orders under $65 (before tax). Orders of $65 or more ship for free!

We process and ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS, with most orders going out the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, though shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take a bit longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the link in the email or use the USPS tracking tool to check your shipping status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your shipping details, contact information, or cancel your order, please reach out to us at care@sukurai.life or through our chatbot as soon as possible.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel it. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payments

What payment options do you accept?

For online orders, we accept Visa , MasterCard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For in-store orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Meta Pay.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return or exchange is complete, whether in-store or online, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

What materials do you use for your products?

We use chinlon and spandex as the main materials for our bras and underwear. For more details, check the material list provided under each product listing.

What are your sizing options?

Our bras come in sizes 32-44 A-E Cup, and our underwear ranges from XS to 3XL (US sizes 0-22).

Do you offer gift cards /gift box?
